Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable to the St. Clair County Road Commission in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. Bid bonds will be accepted.

This work shall be in accordance with the current Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction, Standard Plans and Supplemental Specifications. Proposal blanks including supplemental specifications may be obtained at the office of the St. Clair County Road Commission at the above address.

IT Support Services Bid

Sealed formal proposals with the subject line "IT Support Services Bid" noted on the outside of the sealed proposal must be received by 2:00 PM, Friday, March 3rd, 2017.  Formal proposals will not be accepted via e-mail.

Vendors are required to provide as much detail as possible in this proposal, regarding scope of services, approach to protecting and securing the technology used by St. Clair County Road Commission users, and their capability and experience. The St. Clair County Road Commission will utilize evaluation and selection criteria, based on the St. Clair County Road Commission’s standard proposal process, to determine an acceptable vendor.

All proposals shall be subject to all State and Federal Laws. The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. 

The St. Clair County Road Commission reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part on such basis as the St. Clair County Road Commission deems to be its best interest. 

No proposals may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time of the bid. All proposals shall be on the proposed forms of the St. Clair County Road Commission.
