| The
Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer who oversees all
operations and activities of the St. Clair County Road Commission
and the St. Clair Department of Public Works.
This office initially handles all
calls, contacts, mail, agenda material, etc. for all Boards and
Commissions.
This office is directly responsible
for the Operation and Maintenance of the St. County Wastewater
Treatment Plant in Algonac and the water distribution system and
sewage disposal system (lagoon) in the Air Industrial Park.
The St. Clair County Department of
Public Works assists various municipalities in obtaining grants
for construction of sewage disposal and water treatment
facilities. the grants are obtained from federal and state
sources.
The Managing Director reports
directly to the Boards and Commissions for the Road Commission and
Department of Public Works |
