Departments: Finance

 

The Accounting Department is responsible for the accounting and financial management of the Road Commission, and the Department of Public Works following procedures and regulations established by the State of Michigan.

The department generates a bi-weekly payroll, processes account payables and account receivables through use of computer terminals and a printer.  All general ledgers and various subsidiary ledgers are maintained in addition to a variety of other tasks.
