The three road commissioners for St. Clair County are appointed to six year terms by the St. Clair County Board of Commissioners to serve on the St. Clair County Road Commission and Board of Public Works.

Meetings are held at the St. Clair County Road Commission, 21 Airport Drive, St. Clair, Michigan on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m.  Check out the Board Meetings Schedule for meeting locations.

District #1 Commissioner Townships:  Burtchville, Clyde, Fort Gratiot, Grant, Kimball and Port Huron

Kenneth Foerster 7111 Griswold Road Kimball, Mi  48074 (810) 367-3806 Mr. Foerster was appointed to the board in 2001 to represent the northeastern portion of the county.

District #2 Commissioner Townships:  Berlin, Brockway, Emmett, Greenwood, Kenockee, Lynn, Mussey, Riley and Wales

William Blumerich 15215 Terry Road Allenton, Michigan 48002 (810) 395-2926 Mr. Blumerich was appointed to the board in 1997 and re-appointed in 1198 and 2005 to represent the northwestern portion of the county.

District #3 Commissioner Townships:  Casco, China, Clay, Columbus, Cottrellville, East china, Ira, St. Clair

Timothy LaLonde 1919 Kennedy Road St. Clair, MI  48079 (810) 326-1919 Mr. LaLonde was appointed to the board in 2003 to represent the Southern portion of the county.
